Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing client communication, billing and invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining CRM and financial records. The role involves close coordination with clients for timely payments, smooth onboarding, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Payment Coordination

• Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate payment tracking and outstanding reports.
• Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of all payments.

Billing & Invoicing

• Generate invoices and bills as per internal process and client agreements.
• Send invoices/bills to clients via email and WhatsApp.
• Maintain invoice history and billing records.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Handle regular client communication via email, calls, and WhatsApp.
• Send onboarding emails to new clients.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and engagement.
• Send greetings, wishes, and gifts to clients on special occasions.

CRM & Data Management

• Update and maintain CRM data for all clients.
• Maintain Excel sheets for payments, billing, and client data.
• Prepare basic reports and data analysis using Excel.
• Maintain documents and reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Administrative & Reporting

• Prepare periodic reports on collections, pending payments, and client status.
• Coordinate internally with accounts, sales, and operations teams.
• Ensure all client records and financial data are accurate and updated.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM / Client Coordination / Accounts Support.
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Advertising, Digital, or IT services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable with payment follow-ups and client calling.
• Proficient in MS Excel (data maintenance, basic analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM tools is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
