PayAssured is a Bengaluru-based corporate credit and invoice-recovery firm operating at the intersection of law, finance, and technology. We help businesses across India recover unpaid invoices through structured financial, operational, and legal workflows. Our work spans demand notices, negotiations, field operations, and litigation support under frameworks such as MSME law, SARFAESI, and the Commercial Courts Act. As we scale, we are building a strong internal operations layer to support our growing teams and clients.
The role includes maintaining accounting entries, invoices, payment tracking, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation using tools like Zoho Books or Tally. You will also manage office administration—procurement, vendor coordination, scheduling, documentation, courier/printing workflows, and general office upkeep. On the HR front, you will support hiring coordination, onboarding, employee record maintenance, attendance and leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs. You will work closely with leadership to ensure operational discipline across the organisation.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, office administration, HR operations, or a blended operations role
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or Tally (preferred)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Abiliy to wear different hats between Accounts, Admin and HR workflows
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain structure
• Reliability, ownership, and a process-focused working style
