Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in AP and Telangana. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales and distribution network of financial products in the assigned region, ensuring targets are achieved. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners, training and mentoring team members, and driving business growth.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
• Strong leadership qualities and knowledge of Team Management and Relationship Management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and drive solutions
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient understanding of lending practices and financial product distribution
• Experience in secure lending for 7-10 years.
