Channel Sales Manager

Torrent Diagnostics is looking for a passionate and driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion strategy—transforming leads into long-term partnerships and setting up fully compliant FCC and COCO centres across key markets.

Key Responsibilities: /

• Lead Engagement: Convert leads from digital campaigns into successful partnerships.
• Centre Expansion: Identify and onboard FCC Partners and COCO locations in strategic markets, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Admin, Legal, Branding, and Technical teams to ensure smooth centre setup and partner onboarding.
• Training & Enablement: Coordinate technical and software training for centre staff, fostering a strong upselling mindset.
• Marketing Coordination: Support GMB listings, flyer distribution, and BTL initiatives like RWA camps in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze centre performance, ensuring delivery of health check-up packages and maintaining quality standards.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Assist partners in developing and executing business plans to meet sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive network performance and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with Min 3+years of experience in a similar role in Diagnostics / Hospitals / OTC / Retail Pharmacy / Wellness Chains
• Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or healthcare services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
