Channel Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for channel development by identifying and recruiting potential channel partners for rooftop solar systems. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals will be crucial. Additionally, driving sales through the channel network, achieving sales targets, and ensuring consistent revenue growth from assigned territories will be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training, and devising a suitable Go-to-market strategy and plan. - Conduct product and sales training for partners and support them with technical knowledge, proposals, and closing deals. - Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to provide feedback to internal teams. - Track channel performance metrics such as sales volume, conversions, and lead quality. - Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales. - Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid, Hybrid). - Proven experience in developing and managing dealer/distributor networks. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel.,
