Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to oversee AV channel sales activities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role involves managing dealer/distributor relationships, executing sales strategies, ensuring product availability, and driving revenue growth across the region. The candidate will initially operate independently and later be responsible for building and leading a regional sales team. This is a hands-on role best suited for professionals with a background in AV solutions, consumer electronics, networking, or system integration. However, candidates from related technical sales backgrounds with strong channel experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage stock levels at distributor and dealer points. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account health. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Track sales performance and achieve set targets through partners. Identify and onboard new channel partners for business growth. Gather market insights from the field and share with management. Responsible for client demos to present AV products and drive sales conversions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in AV channel sales, business development, or client relationship management. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets. Strong knowledge of audio-visual products like displays, speakers, and control systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in Telugu and Hindi to effectively manage local market relationships. Prior experience in AV, consumer electronics, or smart technology sectors is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of AV products and solution-based selling. Experience in managing dealers, distributors, and system integrators. Ability to conduct product demos and technical training for partners. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales data analysis. Ability to conduct product demos directly for clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (inclusive of incentives).● Incentives:○ 2% on sales (e.g., ₹6 Lakhs for achieving ₹3 Crore target).
○ 1% incentive for achieving sales of ₹1 Crore or more but below the target.
● Perks:
○ Two-wheeler is mandatory, with a travel allowance of ₹5 per km.
○ Laptop will be provided.
