Channel Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Grow the Partner Network:

  Add new channel partners based on companys expansion plans.

• Support & Train Partners:

  Help existing partners succeed by training them regularly and ensuring they follow company processes.

• Achieve Sales Targets:

  Work towards meeting monthly sales and revenue goals.

• Plan & Execute Activities:

  Help partners create a pipeline of leads and ensure all planned activities are carried out.

• Ensure Policy Compliance:

  Make sure partners follow the company’s sales policies.

• Visit Partners Regularly:

  Meet with partners frequently, based on their category and importance.

• Manage Sales Team:

  Hire, train, and lead the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) team to boost performance.

• Set & Monitor Targets:

  Give sales/revenue targets to each partner and regularly check their progress.

• Reporting:

  Submit daily and weekly reports as required.

• Provide Partner Support:

  Help partners with timely customer logins, product lifecycle communication (PLC), and video consultations (VC) to maintain quality and performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Industry Background:

  Should have strong experience in Channel Sales in industries like Telecom, Travel, Real Estate, Insurance, or Broking.

• Relationship Skills:

  Must be good at building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Result-Driven:

  Focused on achieving targets and delivering results.

• Energetic and Passionate:

  Brings high energy and motivation to the role.

• Customer-Focused:

  Always keeps customer needs and satisfaction in mind.

• Market Knowledge:

  Knows the local market well and can manage vendors effectively.

• Territory Management:

  Should have 2–3 years of experience managing a specific local area and working with at least 5–7 partners.
