Company Description Inforida is an AI-powered EdTech startup founded by IITians, on a mission to digitally transform educational institutions. We build intelligent, scalable solutions that streamline school operations, empower teachers, and enhance student learning outcomes. Our product suite is designed to replace outdated, fragmented systems with a unified, smart ecosystem. With 120+ schools already onboarded, we’re reimagining how education is managed—faster, smarter, and ethically. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a position at the Founder's Office, located in Lucknow. The individual in this role will assist the founder with strategic planning, operational tasks, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, attending meetings, and handling confidential information. The role also involves supporting project management activities and ensuring the smooth running of the founder's agenda. We are looking for Founder's Office folks to work closely with the COO on strategic projects. Your direct point of contact will be COO, so you will have plenty of opportunities to learn about how a startup grows from the ground up and impact what processes are created to help the company scale. We’re looking for builders who are: Adaptable Generalists: You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrive in the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup. First-Principles Thinkers: You’re not afraid of tackling problems you or the team have never faced before. You rely on logic, creativity, and action—not just prior templates. Collaborative Contributors: You bring your unique skills to the table, actively listen, and work closely with others to achieve shared goals. Impact-Driven Prioritizers: You make decisions by weighing business value, always aligned with the product’s vision and user needs. Doers, Not Just Thinkers: You're here to build. You experiment, fail fast, learn continuously, and evolve with the product. Challengers of the Status Quo: You don’t do things “just because that’s how it’s always been done.” You bring insight, question defaults, and help make better decisions. Relentlessly Hands-On: This isn’t a strategy role from the sidelines—it’s boots on the ground. We value those ready to put in the work and build real things every day. High Ownership, High Commitment: You're willing to put in the hours when it matters, because you're invested in the mission and growth. Bonus: Strong coding skills or technical foundations will set you apart. Show more Show less
