Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement the channel sales strategy to meet business goals and drive revenue growth.Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and affiliates.Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with channel partners to meet and exceed sales targets.Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell the companys products/services effectively.Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new partners to expand the companys market reach.Forecasting & Reporting: Track and analyze channel performance metrics, provide regular reports on sales activity, and forecast future sales through the channel.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure channel partners have the resources needed to succeed.Sales Enablement: Develop and execute marketing programs, sales enablement tools, and promotional campaigns to drive channel sales growth.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that partners provide excellent customer service, handle escalated issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners, ensuring they are mutually beneficial.
