Channel Sales Head

As a Channel Sales Head in the real estate industry, your main role will be to drive business growth by managing a strong network of channel partners. You will need to have a proven track record of effectively managing brokers, channel partners, and IPCs while building high-performing networks to maximize project sales. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners, brokers, and IPCs. - Create and implement effective channel sales strategies to maximize bookings. - Identify and onboard new partners to increase market penetration. - Drive channel sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Monitor partner performance and implement incentive schemes to boost sales. - Act as a key point of contact for channel partners, conduct regular meetings, events, and resolve conflicts. - Provide training sessions to brokers and partners, collaborate with marketing for campaigns. - Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and gather feedback to support expansion into new geographies. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field. - 10+ years of real estate sales experience with 5 years in channel sales leadership. - Strong network of brokers, partners, and IPCs in the local/regional market. - Proven success in driving sales for residential/commercial projects through channels.
