Job Description

responsible for developing and executing the channel sales strategy, managing relationships with channel partners, and driving revenue through these indirect sales channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategy:

    Create and implement a comprehensive plan to achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners:

    Seek out and establish relationships with brokers, agents, and other relevant partners.
  • Manage and maintain partner relationships:

    Build and nurture strong connections with channel partners, providing ongoing support, training, and resources.
  • Drive partner engagement and performance:

    Implement strategies to motivate partners, including incentives, promotions, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy:

    Verify that partners adhere to company policies and project guidelines, and that information shared with them is accurate.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance:

    Track sales data, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues or conflicts that arise.
  • Collaborate with other teams:

    Work with marketing and direct sales teams to coordinate joint campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide product knowledge and training:

    Equip channel partners with the necessary information and skills to effectively sell real estate products.
  • Manage channel conflict:

    Ensure smooth operations by addressing potential conflicts with other sales channels.
  • Lead solution development efforts:

    Coordinate with partners to address specific customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and channel management:

    Demonstrated success in building and managing indirect sales channels.
  • Strong network of real estate contacts:

    Established relationships with brokers, agents, and other relevant partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

    Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities:

    Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as address challenges and resolve conflicts.
  • Business acumen and market knowledge:

    Deep understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Leadership and team management skills:

    Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team of channel partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools:

    Experience using relevant software for managing partner relationships and tracking sales data.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated:

    A driven individual with a strong work ethic and a track record of achieving sales targets.
