Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners in the audio and video products distribution sector.
• Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the distribution network.

• Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-9 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the audio/video products industry.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and meet sales targets.
