Channel Partner Sales Manager

As a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Sales Manager, your role is to drive business growth through onboarding, managing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners like brokers, agents, and IPCs. Leveraging your proven track record in channel sales within the real estate sector, along with strong networking and leadership skills will be crucial for success. - Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential channel partners in target markets. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent sales contribution. - Focus on driving bookings and revenue generation through partner networks to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct regular training sessions and project briefings for partners to keep them informed about inventory, offers, and unique selling points. - Monitor CP-generated leads, coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups, and organize CP meets, broker events, site visits, and promotional campaigns. - Maintain accurate partner records, share performance reports, and provide strategic insights to management. To excel in this role, you should: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Have at least 4-6 years of experience in real estate channel sales. - Maintain a strong network of channels partners/brokers in the target location. - Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Show a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. - Be self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability. The salary for this position is as per industry standards and negotiable.
