Requirements Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential channel partners in target markets. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent sales contribution. Sales Target Achievement: Drive bookings and revenue generation through partner networks to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions and project briefings for partners to keep them updated with inventory, offers, and USPs. Lead Monitoring & Conversion: Track CP-generated leads and coordinate with the internal team for timely follow-ups and conversions. Event Coordination: Organize CP meets, broker events, site visits, and promotional campaigns to drive engagement. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate partner records, share performance reports, and provide strategic insights to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 4–8 years of experience in real estate channel sales. Strong network of channels partners/brokers in the target location. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
