Job Description

Role Summary:

To develop, strengthen and manage relationships with channel partners. This role is critical in expanding our reach, maintaining active engagement and drive maximum walk-ins leading to sales conversions through channel partner-led efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Partner Acquisition:

    Identify and onboard new channel partners across regions to expand sales reach. Ensure proper documentation and training during onboarding.
  • Relationship Management:

    Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners through regular engagement, training, and support.
  • Achieving Sales/Leasing:

    Achieve increased sales in current projects and clear inventory of past projects.
  • Lead Management:

    Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated by channel partners and monitor conversion rates.
  • Training & Enablement:

    Conduct in-office and out-of-office training sessions and product briefings for channel partners to keep them updated about the latest project offerings, pricing, and USPs.
  • Incentive Programs:

    Design and execute incentive schemes to drive performance and motivation.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management, sales and marketing teams on weekly basis.
  • Conducting Events:

    Conceptualizing and conducting CP engagement events. Assist in managing the event end to end.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, and analyze the effectiveness of various channel initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Education

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate channel partner sales.
  • Strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
