You’ll partner with leadership to build dashboards, tighten controls, and bring discipline to a high-velocity wedding business. What you’ll do Full accounting cycle: AP/AR, invoicing, credit notes, GL review, monthly close, accruals/provisions, fixed assets. Payments & banking: payment runs, vendor/staff payouts, petty cash, daily cash/bank recons . Payroll: monthly salaries, advances/settlements, incentives, PF/ESI/PT, TDS on salaries, Form-16 coordination. GST & TDS: GSTR-1/3B/Annual, TDS 24Q/26Q, challans, ledgers, vendor compliance follow-ups & reconciliations. Automation & SOPs: streamline Tally↔Sheets/Drive, approval flows, maker-checker, document hygiene; build dashboards (cash-position, AR/AP aging, event/job-wise P&L, budget vs actual). Audit & liaison: work with CA/auditors, bankers, insurers; maintain evidence, schedules, and compliance calendars. Commercial hygiene: PO/WO matching, rate cards, retention/security deposit tracking, vendor reconciliations. What you’ll need B.Com/M.Com (CA-Inter preferred). 4–8 years of hands-on accounting (events/hospitality/agency background is a plus). Strong in Tally Prime and Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, reconciliation models). Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI , e-invoice/e-way bill, and government portals. Process mindset, high ownership, integrity, and comfort with fast turnarounds. Bonus: exposure to workflow tools (AppSheet/Zoho/Power Automate) and building simple dashboards. What success looks like (first 90 days) Clean AR/AP aging, weekly cash-position dashboard, and on-time filings. Maker-checker payments flow + tidy documentation.
