Job Description

As a Channel Partner Manager, your role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners across different states in India. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing joint business plans with channel partners, negotiating contracts, and collaborating to promote and sell products. - Implementing channel partner onboarding and offboarding processes, including agreements and documentation. - Collaborating with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts effectively. - Creating and managing channel partner budgets and forecasts. - Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to analyze partner performance and provide feedback for improvement. - Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the medical device industry to adapt strategies accordingly. - Managing dealers and coordinating with new and existing dealers to ensure smooth operations. - Identifying and resolving conflicts and challenges within the channel partner network. - Providing support and guidance to channel partners on product and solution offerings. Additionally, you will be expected to attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company effectively.,
