Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Channel Partner role located in Pune. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners while driving sales through these networks. Daily tasks include developing business plans, nurturing relationships with channel partners, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. The Channel Partner will work closely with account management teams to maximize partner performance and maintain alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Sales, Channel Partner management, and Account Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Strong Sales skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related sector is a plus
