Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Partner based in Varahi. The Channel Partner will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with distribution networks, driving channel sales, and promoting HYKO® products. Key responsibilities include business planning, overseeing sales strategies, managing accounts to meet targets, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize channel performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development Experience in building and managing relationships with Channel Partners Strong expertise in Channel Sales and sales operations Skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term customer relationships Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and adaptability to meet industry-specific requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field is preferred Prior knowledge of measurement and automation technologies is an advantage Ability to work independently and achieve goals in an on-site environment

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Varahi for a Production Specialist at HYKO® Technologies. The Production Specialist will manage daily production operations, including overseeing production planning, ensuring quality control, and aligning with production targets. Responsibilities also include implementing production management best practices, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and training staff to ensure operational efficiency and product quality. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Management to effectively organize and coordinate production activities. Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to company standards and improve product performance. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and teamwork. Experience in Training staff to improve skill levels and align with production requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment, managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in process industries or a similar sector is advantageous.
