Channel Partner

As a Channel Development & Sales Associate, your role involves developing and managing channels effectively to drive property sales and ensure partner satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding new channel partners (brokers/agents) to expand the network. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to foster loyalty and collaboration. - Ensuring partners are well-trained and updated on project details, pricing, and selling strategies for effective sales conversion. You will also be required to: - Drive property sales through the channel network by supporting partners in lead conversion and deal closure. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive partner engagement. - Organize and support channel partner events, site visits, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence. - Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners on project offerings, selling points, and updates. - Track partner performance and lead status, providing feedback to internal sales and marketing teams for strategic improvements. - Ensure all deals are closed within legal and company guidelines, assisting partners in maintaining compliance with documentation and processes.
