Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Coimbatore . The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, digital platforms, and walk-ins. Respond to incoming inquiries and maintain an active pipeline. Client Handling: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget. Suggest suitable projects based on client requirements. Maintain strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Site Visits & Presentations: Organize and accompany clients for property site visits. Present project details including layout, pricing, amenities, and payment plans. Sales Closure: Negotiate effectively and close deals. Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sales support. Reporting: Maintain updated records of leads, calls, visits, and sales in CRM tools. Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. Local Market Insight: Stay up to date with real estate trends, local market rates, and competitor projects in and around Coimbatore.
