Channel Partner

Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers/agents). Maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Ensure partners are trained and updated on project details, pricing, and selling strategies. Sales & Lead Conversion Drive property sales through the channel network. Support partners in lead conversion and deal closure. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through partner engagement. Marketing & Promotions Organize and support channel partner events, site visits, and promotional activities. Distribute promotional materials and ensure brand visibility among partners. Training & Communication Conduct regular training for channel partners on project offerings and selling points. Share updated pricing, inventory, and promotional offers. Reporting & Feedback Track and report partner performance and lead status. Provide market feedback to the internal sales and marketing teams. Maintain records of sales transactions and partner activities. Compliance Ensure all deals are closed within legal and company guidelines. Assist partners in maintaining documentation and process compliance.
