Channel Partner Manager

Responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with channel partners to drive property sales, achieve revenue targets, and ensure smooth coordination between partners and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand the company’s sales network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and provide continuous support.
• Drive sales through channel partners and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and product briefings to keep partners updated.
• Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams for seamless project communication.
• Plan and execute partner engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
• Resolve partner queries, issues, and escalations promptly.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
• Prepare weekly, monthly reports on partner performance and sales conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong network of channel partners/brokers in the local market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Strong presentation and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
