Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for motivated Channel Partner (CP) Managers to build and manage our network of real estate agents, sub-brokers, and corporate tie-ups. The CP Manager will play a critical role in expanding our sales reach and generating bookings through partner collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential Channel Partners (CPs) in Hyderabad and nearby areas. Build strong relationships with real estate agents, sub-brokers, and local marketing partners. Sign CP tie-ups and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure active engagement. Track CP performance and assist in converting leads into bookings. Collaborate with Field Executives for CP visits, demos, and presentations. Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and new opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate channel sales or partner management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented. Own bike for local travel is mandatory. Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus. Incentives / Benefits: Performance-based incentives per new CP onboarded. Commission on bookings generated through your CP network.
