Channel Partner Manager

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify, recruit, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and distribution.
• Conduct due diligence and align potential partners with company goals.
  

Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for partner enquiries, escalations, and support.
  

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute channel partnership strategies to drive incremental sales and revenue.
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to co-create go-to-market plans and promotional initiatives.
  

Training & Enablement

• Design and deliver partner training programs on product offerings, sales processes, and solution positioning.
  
• Provide tools, documentation, and resources to support partner sales effectiveness.
  

Performance Management

• Track, analyse, and report partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Recommend corrective action plans to improve performance and sales outcomes.
  

Contract & Compliance

• Negotiate and manage agreements, programs, pricing, incentives, and partner level commitments.
  
• Ensure partner adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and contractual obligations.
  

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and partner ecosystem insights to inform business decisions.
  
• Provide feedback to senior leadership on spaces of opportunity and strategic shifts.
