You will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day books of accounts entry in Tally software. This includes recording sales, purchases, and receipts accurately. You will also manage the ERP software to generate sale invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and ensure proper reconciliation of bank transactions, debtors (AR), and creditors (AP) in both Tally and ERP software. Internal audit of accounts books will be part of your responsibilities, along with preparing monthly summaries of TDS and GST for return filing purposes.
