Channel Partner Manager

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-impact partner ecosystem for our suite of digital transformation solutions. Your role will involve identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing channel partners while fostering long-term relationships with them. - Develop and manage a high-impact partner ecosystem - Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing channel partners - Foster long-term relationships with channel partners - Develop partner onboarding and training programs - Conduct product demos and workshops for partners - Implement partner strategies for brand presence - Launch partner-driven campaigns for market expansion - Maintain CRM tools and report on KPIs and conversion rates - Ensure channel sales targets are met or exceeded - Facilitate relationship management and optimize partner performance To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 2 years of experience in channel partner management in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software industry - Experience in Sales & Marketing - Familiarity with software for Manufacturing, Trading, and Construction - CRM proficiency - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund, performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and a day shift schedule.
