Channel Partner Manager

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a high-impact partner ecosystem for our suite of digital transformation solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing channel partners while nurturing long-term relationships with them. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement partner onboarding and training programs to equip partners with the necessary skills to effectively sell our solutions. - Conduct product demos and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings to partners. - Work on formulating partner strategies to enhance brand presence and execute partner-driven campaigns for market expansion and sales acceleration. - Maintain CRM tools, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates to ensure channel sales targets are achieved. - Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering relationship management and optimizing partner performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in channel partner management within the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software industry. - Proficiency in Sales & Marketing, familiarity with software for Manufacturing, Trading, and Construction, and strong negotiation skills. - CRM proficiency is essential for effectively managing partner relationships. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful partnerships.
