Role & responsibilities Identify and acquire new channel partners, including Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Independent Agent, sub-brokers Foster positive working relationships with partners to support their business goals and help them achieve sales targets Conduct comprehensive training for partners on financial products, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), International Investing, Curated Portfolio, Fractional Real Estate, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and insurance. Additionally, deliver hands-on training on back-office platform to equip partners with the skills to manage client portfolios, transactions, and reporting efficiently. Provide sales support including marketing materials, product information, and assistance with joint client calls Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business or a related field. 4-7 years of extensive experience in business development in the Mutual Fund Industry. Strong understanding of broking and financial services, including capital markets and investment products Proven ability to meet sales targets, build partnerships, and negotiate effectively Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Self-driven with effective time management and result orientation
