Role Summary

Channel Partner Manager

rapidly onboard 10,000 brokers in the initial phase

execution-heavy, field-driven leadership role

Key Responsibilities

1. Rapid Migration of Existing Broker Network

  • Use your

    existing broker dataset and relationships

    to rapidly onboard brokers onto Deer Connect.
  • Drive the initial phase target of

    10,000 broker onboardings

    , supported by field + telecalling teams.
  • Bring structured broker lists, contact sheets, WhatsApp groups, and past CRM relationships.
  • Prioritize high-activity micro-markets:
    • Gurgaon (GCR, Sohna Road, Dwarka Expressway)
    • Noida (Sector 150 Belt)
    • Mumbai (Thane, Mira Road, Panvel)
    • Bangalore (Whitefield, Sarjapur)
    • Pune (Wakad, Hinjewadi)

2. Build & Lead the Broker Acquisition Team

  • Recruit, train, and manage

    field acquisition associates

    and

    onboarding specialists

    .
  • Drive daily acquisition and activation targets.
  • Build operational discipline:
    • Daily visit logs
    • Weekly closures
    • Micro-market coverage
    • Pipeline and funnel reviews
  • Conduct joint field visits with team members and help close large clusters.

3. Broker Relationship & Engagement

  • Build long-term trust with brokerage owners, channel partners, and independent brokers.
  • Conduct in-person demos, cluster meets, and office interactions.
  • Manage broker escalations around onboarding, payouts, access, and platform usage.
  • Ensure broker activation within 30 days through strong post-onboarding support.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution

  • Track and report:
    • Builder launches
    • Channel payout trends
    • Inventory and micro-market absorption
    • Broker behaviour, needs, and motivations
  • Provide real-time on-ground insights to leadership for product and strategy improvements.

5. Operations, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain clean broker CRM data, KYC, agreement completion, and funnel movement.
  • Build structured dashboards for:
    • Daily acquisitions
    • Weekly activations
    • Team output
    • Source-wise broker contribution
  • Ensure confidential and compliant handling of broker data.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–4 years in

    real estate broker network management

    .
  • Past roles at:
    • Square Yards
    • Broker Network
    • PropTiger
    • NoBroker
    • MagicBricks / Housing / 99acres
    • Builder channel sales teams
    • Real-estate DSAs / aggregators

Must-Haves

  • Pre-existing real estate broker database

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of growing broker networks quickly.
  • Strong field execution and on-ground relationship management.
  • Experience managing 3–15 member acquisition/onboarding teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Multi-city exposure.
  • Strong influence in WhatsApp broker groups and local broker communities.
  • Understanding of builder payouts, channel incentives, and real-estate sales cycles.

Success Metrics

  • Rapid onboarding of 10,000 brokers

    in phase one.
  • Activation rate within 30 days of onboarding.
  • Team productivity metrics (visits, closures, activations).
  • Broker retention and micro-market penetration.

Quality and depth of broker relationships migrated.
