Freelancer Support Executive

We are a software company ROYALSOFT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED based in Vadodara looking for a freelance professional to support our clients under service contracts. This is a direct engagement with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Onsite client visits as per service contracts
• Provide support to clients at their place for software/ERP services
• Maintain proper records of agreements, renewals, and client service activities
• Basic ERP/software knowledge will be an added advantage

Payment & Benefits:

• Charges will be paid per service contract assigned in your kitty
• 20% commission on any new reference generated through your service
• Flexible freelance engagement

Requirements:

• Must be based in Vadodara
• Good communication & client handling skills
• Prior experience in software/ERP support preferred, but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
