Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue through our channel partners. With a passion for success and a drive to exceed expectations, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to this exciting opportunity. Channel Manager Responsibilities & Duties Develop and implement channel partner strategies to increase sales and revenue Manage relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure successful product positioning and sales Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and growth Collect and analyze market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding channel partner strategies Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products through channels Negotiate and manage channel partner contracts and agreements Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities Channel Manager Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Several years of experience in channel management or similar role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of the industry and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience with CRM software and other sales tools Fluency in multiple languages Advanced negotiation skills Ability to travel frequently for partner visits and events Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management or related role Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation and contract management skills Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events
