Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties. • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls. • Client Interaction: Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about the properties. • Record Keeping: Maintain a database of client information and track calls and outcomes. • Appointment Setting: Schedule property visits and appointments for the sales team. Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus. • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively. • Willing to travel: Should be willing to travel Pan India as and when required.  Benefits: • Competitive salary and incentives (Salary from Rs. 18000/- to 25000/- + incentives) • Training and development opportunities • Supportive work environment • Opportunity for career growth in the real estate sector
