Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners. • Handle client inquiries, provide property solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. • Travel as and when required for business development activities. • Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders for smooth transactions. • Implement strategic plans to enhance market reach and business performance. Key Requirements: • 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales with team-handling capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Pleasing personality with a positive attitude. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). • Strong client-handling and negotiation skills. • Smart communication skills with the ability to close deals efficiently. • Willingness to travel as per business needs. Compensation: • Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on performance and revenue generation). • Attractive incentives based on sales performance.
