Job Description

You will be joining SuperOps.com, a modern, unified PSA-RMM platform focused on reinventing how IT service providers operate to deliver better service, enhance technician productivity, and expand their businesses. As SuperOps.com grows globally, your role as a Channel Manager - Reseller Partnerships will be pivotal in building and expanding the reseller ecosystem outside of North America. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and onboard value-added resellers (VARs), IT consultancies, and channel partners in priority regions such as EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. - Ensure successful onboarding and provide technical/sales enablement to new partners for effective selling and support of SuperOps.com. - Collaborate with partners to drive pipeline generation, monitor co-selling activities, and assist in closing opportunities efficiently. - Set quarterly targets, monitor performance metrics, and offer ongoing feedback, guidance, and training to partners. - Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to foster trust and collaboration. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to execute joint campaigns, provide deal support, and ensure partner success. - Act as the voice of the partner, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance product fit and partner experience. **Requirements:** - 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or reseller program roles, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or B2B tech industries. - Prior experience working with VARs, MSPs, or systems integrators in international markets. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding channel revenue targets. - Proficient in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability in relationship management. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. - Bonus: Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem and RMM/PSA platforms.
