There is a need from customers for various loan and credit products be it Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans, SME Loans & Working Capital, Business & Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Consumption Finance products and even Agri, Tractor and Gold Loans. Branches are our biggest strength & now with specific focus on Prime, Growth, Emerging markets, these are exciting times to accelerate our journey of ensuring all our customers have one asset/multiple asset products. This is the time for exponential growth (and not incremental growth) on offering asset products to our customers With this view, we are looking at Dynamic, Data Driven and Effective Communicator/go-getters to work on the Asset Xsell agenda for the market segments (either Prime, Growth or Emerging, Priority/Wealth etc). The Xsell products will encompass all the Household & Business Banking asset products of the Bank. The National Channel Manager Asset Xsell will have the following responsibilities Ensure Leads from Channel on ALL Asset products Identify Opportunities for scaling up Xsell in respective markets Work closely with the RBM"™s, Area Managers, Branch Managers & Regional Xsell Managers to scale on "input" parameters be it Branch activation across products (or) RM activation Work with respective Asset product/business teams to scale business from the channel.
