Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Operations, Compliance & Risk Management

    – Strengthen internal control frameworks, manage taxation and audits, and implement risk management mechanisms.

  2. Business Growth & Capital Structuring

    – Drive investment strategy, funding initiatives, and working capital optimization; engage with investors for long-term capital planning.

  3. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

    – Build transparency and trust through accurate financial reporting and performance visibility.

  4. Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring

    – Lead due diligence, M&A, and partnership structuring for expansion and diversification.

  5. Digital Transformation & Financial Innovation

    – Drive ERP/SAP optimization and data-driven forecasting, embedding technology in decision-making.


Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Tier 1 or 2 B-School.
  • 15–20 years of experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, and M&A.
  • Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a growth-driven enterprise.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
