Position: Chief Executive Officer (Plant Level – Sanitary Napkin Industry)

Location: Initially for 6 months to 1 year at Aurangabad, then Mumbai.

Reports To: Board of Directors

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on CEO to lead our sanitary napkin manufacturing plant from the ground up. The ideal candidate must possess deep operational expertise in production, supply chain, inventory management, and ERP systems. This role demands a strategic yet execution-driven leader who can establish plant operations, build teams, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end plant operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
• Establish and scale up the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth setup and operational readiness.
• Drive production planning, raw material procurement, and inventory management for seamless output.
• Implement and monitor ERP systems for production, supply chain, and reporting efficiency.
• Develop strategies for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead a strong operations team, fostering accountability and performance culture.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership teams to achieve overall business goals.
• Strengthen the supply chain network for on-time delivery and reduced downtime.
• Contribute to brand growth and sustainability initiatives in the sanitary hygiene segment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Must have experience in the sanitary napkin or manufacturing industry.
• Proven knowledge of production processes, supply chain, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Experience in setting up or scaling a manufacturing plant is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead from the front and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
