Semi Qualified Company Secretary

Position: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary Location: Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad Experience: 3 to 8 Years Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns, ROC filings, and compliance documents under the Companies Act, 2013. Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely compliances. Draft resolutions, minutes of meetings (Board, AGM, EGM), and other secretarial documents. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Support in conducting Board and Committee meetings including issuing notices and preparing agendas. Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, SEBI regulations as applicable. Assist in handling company incorporation, change in directors, capital structure, etc. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable corporate laws and regulatory changes. Candidate Profile: Semi-qualified Company Secretary (Passed CS Executive / pursuing CS Final). 3–8 years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance work. Strong knowledge of Companies Act and secretarial practices. Good communication and drafting skills. Proficient in MS Office and compliance tools (e.g., MCA portal).
