Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 3 to 10 Years Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director. Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and other confidential documents. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate and follow up on business communications and action points. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in project tracking and timely updates to the Director. Handle office correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Director’s office. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with strong command over English (written & verbal). 3 to 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask. Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
