We are hiring an Accounts & Finance Executive – UK & India Operations for one of our esteemed client who is into Hospitality business. The position is based at their office at New Delhi. Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in UK accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, along with expertise in management and operational reporting. This role will support both the UK and Indian entities, overseeing book-keeping and compliance while also preparing detailed management reports to name few as wastage summaries, loyalty programme analytics, revenue variance reports, and many other operational performance dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine solid accounting knowledge with strong analytical and reporting capabilities to support strategic and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate books of accounts for both UK and Indian entities. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, management accounts, and reconciliations. Oversee fictionalization of Indian entity accounts and statutory audit preparation. Manage vendor and filing reconciliations across entities. Management & Analytical Reporting: Prepare required performance and analytical reports for management review. Generate variance reports, departmental cost analysis, and other operational KPIs. Compile monthly management packs, including performance dashboards and commentary. Analyse POS/PMS data to identify revenue trends, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with UK management to provide actionable insights and forecasts. Administrative Support: Coordinate communication and reporting between UK and India offices. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and documentation. Maintain financial records and ensure internal control standards are upheld. Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification. 3-5 years previous experience in accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting — preferably with UK accounting exposure. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualisation, etc.). Experience with POS/PMS systems, accounting platforms (e.g., VT Transactions, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage), and management reporting tools.
