Centre Manager

As the Center Manager, you will play a crucial role as the one-point contact for the clinic, being accountable for overall operations and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives by the team members. Your responsibilities will include supervising client flow, overseeing reception tasks, and ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating sales, monitoring administrative and technical aspects, and implementing client retention strategies to maintain a profitable and smoothly functioning center. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise client flow and ensure reception tasks are completed accurately and efficiently - Generate sales and maintain profitability of the center - Monitor administrative, operational, and technical aspects for smooth functioning - Implement client retention policies and measures - Maintain service quality through SOP adherence and team training - Organize in-house and outhouse events for revenue generation and brand awareness - Drive CRM initiatives and plan/executes offers and schemes at the center level Desired Candidate Profile: - Demonstrated leadership in Centre Management, both in People and Operations - Proficient in customer service, experience, and process improvements - Energetic, creative individual with strong financial and sales acumen - Capable of handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and resolving conflicts - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Center Management, Health Care, or Retail industry - Graduation from any recognized University In addition to a competitive salary, this full-time, permanent position offers paid time off.
