Youth for Seva, Hyderabad is seeking a talented
to support women empowerment program
.
Role
require regular monitoring and coordination to
refine products crafted by women, create catalogues, and
ensure a great customer experience at stalls.
Person will
also engage with industry experts, establish retail
partnerships, and guide women in cr
eating in
demand products.
This role offers a unique opportunity to
make a difference in the lives of women artisans while working in the
Key Responsibilities:
Refine products crafted by women to meet market standards
Create catalogu
es showcasing products and designs
Ensure best customer experience at stalls and events
Meet industry experts and establish retail partnerships
Guide women in creating products aligned with festivals, trends, and demand
Required Skills:
30yrs to
A degree in any field
MSW, BSW will be an added advantage
Languages needed
English, Hindi, Telugu
2 years
Work Timing
9:30am
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Candidate must have good verbal communication and written
Computer skills and experience with MS Office, internet, email, web,
Google drive, etc,
Ability to talk to new people pro actively, Organize events
depending on experience and skills.
Other requirements
Candidates preferably from Hyderabad
Creative and skilled with experience in product design and
Passionate about women empowerment and social impact
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
Ability to work with women artisans and industry experts
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and
Dedication, motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment to the job
The person should be ready to travel
as the work requires 60% field
work within a specific area mainly for coordination & connection
