Centre Manager

Reporting to: Operation Manager

Location: As per the AL Centre Allocated

Language: English, Assamese, Bengali

Major Responsibilities:

[A] CC Supervision/ Monitoring

1. Ensure quality standards - premises, service delivery, beneficiary feedback, complaints redressal

2. Ensure that all minor repairs & maintenance work are addressed

3. Ensure Pest Control done as scheduled

4. Centre regular cleanliness & Maintenance (Checklist)

5. Centre requirements info

6. Training & Supervision of Center co-ordinators

7. Ensure daily updates by center coordinators

[B] Beneficiary Management

1. Parents Meeting (fortnightly)

2. Beneficiary feedback & Complaints redressal

3. Discipline of residents

4. Showcase talents of kids

5. Occupancy & Health status updates

[C] Donor Coordination

1. Be updated at any point of time with all Access Life requirements.

2. Do initial interaction with the donors and assess capacity and intent to donate

3. Refer or escalate donors

4. Place the right requirements with donors and update the same

5. Send out the standard thank you note and maintain regular contact with donors

6. In kind donation / requirements / requests / thanks

7. Maintain Donors database

8. Facilitate maximum unit sponsorship and MealMates at the assigned centres

[D] Visitor Management & Event Coordination

1. Walk through of the centre with the visitors ( including e-tours)

2. Introduction about Access Life

3. Co-ordinate with centre co-ordinators and operational staff regarding the upcoming events and visitors

4. Coordinate and assist in scheduling for visitors to the centres

5. Maintain visitor’s database.

[E] Case Study

Collect data and pictures of each family from the center co-ordinator & prepare case studies at the time of admission, monthly updates & discharge.

[F] Reports

1. Daily Report

2. Incident Report

3. Parents Meeting Report (fortnightly)

4. Monthly report of Visitors, Donors, Mealmates, Unit Sponsorship, Events, Activities

5. Quarterly Consolidated Center Repor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
