Centre Manager

You will work in a safe and motivating environment that fosters your professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales and achieve business targets - Supervise, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations at the center - Plan and coordinate daily work assignments and operations - Handle front desk activities - Monitor service quality and devise strategies for improvement - Maximize client satisfaction and sales - Collaborate with the team to monitor client progress - Ensure best practices are followed by doctors and nutritionists - Maintain documentation and record-keeping - Coordinate patient care with team members - Interact with patients/clients and provide comfort - Motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets - Maintain high standards of service and hygiene - Manage stocks and supplies of herbs and nutritional foods - Ensure profitability through budgeting - Escalate repair requests and other center needs/issues - Maintain regulatory permits and certifications - Regular maintenance of doctor and nutritionists cabins **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or higher - Strong sales and customer service attitude and experience - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi - Knowledge of MS Word and Excel - Experience in similar position in healthcare services - Strong convincing and counseling skills - Willingness to learn and grow - Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team - Open to occasional changes in location If you are looking to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and dedication will directly impact the success of the organization, Health Total is the place for you.
