To excel in this role, you are required to have a BSc. in Food & Nutrition or higher from a reputed institute. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You should possess in-depth knowledge of food and nutrition to guide clients on their nutritional requirements, recipes, and meal planning based on individual body types. Strong communication and counseling skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing Body Mass Index, body fat percentage, and waist-to-hip ratio to provide clients with information on their ideal body weight. You will counsel clients on nutritional programs tailored to their health goals, clarify any doubts regarding food plans, create diet plans, and monitor clients" progress regularly. Maintaining a positive client relationship and actively participating in achieving targeted weight goals and health improvements are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will regulate stocks of health foods at the center, recommend in-house health foods to clients, and support the center manager and doctors in achieving monthly targets. Continuous education of clients on health improvements, recommending upgrades or renewals, and participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills are also part of your responsibilities.
