Role & responsibilities Marketing Operations & Strategy: Manage day-to-day marketing operations and assist the Business Head in planning and executing in-house marketing and sales campaigns. Social Media Management: to enhance brand awareness and drive organic lead generation. Performance Marketing Support: Assist the Performance Marketing Manager by contributing to creative strategy, ad creative development, and compelling ad copy for platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Brand & Centre Management: Oversee brand marketing efforts and ensure consistent centre branding across all national locations. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and execute robust lead generation strategies through WhatsApp and email marketing, focusing on repeat sales and nurturing leads through comprehensive marketing funnels (WhatsApp, email, SMS). Online Reputation Management (ORM): Proactively manage the brand's online reputation, promptly de-escalating any issues. Collaborations & Liaison: Handle end-to-end brand collaborations, including those with founder Anjali Mukerjee. Vendor & Budget Management: Source and liaison with vendors, and meticulously report on marketing budget utilization. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise effectively with heads of departments and manage leads efficiently using ERP, LMS, and MIS systems. New Vertical & Project Launches: Support the marketing and branding initiatives for new vertical launches (Health Total Glam) and manage special projects such as webinars, local brand awareness events, franchise launches, and centre rebranding. Preferred candidate profile Good experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and performance marketing fundamentals. Strong leadership skills with experience heading creative, content, and social media teams. Proficiency in developing marketing collateral, including design, video editing, and compelling copywriting. Familiarity with online reputation management (ORM) best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities Record and reconcile all payment and payable transactions. Book expenses, rent, PF, salaries, incentives, and GST closure entries. Process vendor payments and confirmations. Handle all purchase-related activities (SoR/all purchases). Manage asset purchases and ensure proper recording. Verify and process vendor invoices. Ensure timely upload of sales data into Tally. Prepare daily sales reports. Conduct Mojo verification. Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes. Respond to vendor-related emails and queries. Coordinate with teams for refund cases. Monitor and control creditor accounts. Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments Manage Director's personal Accounts ensuring accuracy and timely updates.- Preferred candidate profile Graduate In Accounting & Finance. 1+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Proficiency in Tally and GST compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Western line or South Mumbai candidates are preferred.
