1. Revenue & Sales Leadership

• Revenue Maximization:

  Strategically planning and executing initiatives to achieve and

  exceed financial targets

• Inquiry to Admission Conversion:

  Skillfully managing the sales cycle, counselling prospective parents, and ensuring

  high conversion rates

  .

• Lead Generation & Outreach:

  Actively spearheading

  Outdoor Marketing Campaigns, Road Shows, and In-Centre Events

  to generate consistent, high-quality leads in the territory.

• Target Ownership:

  Embracing and delivering on clearly defined

  KRAs

  and new organizational growth strategies.

2. Operational & Academic Excellence

• Operational Efficiency:

  Ensuring the smooth, organized, and

  efficient functioning

  of all center activities.

• Academic Implementation:

  Overseeing the effective execution of the curriculum to maintain

  high educational standards

  .

• Staff Retention & Development:

  Cultivating a positive environment to attract and retain

  high-performing staff

  .

• Parent Engagement:

  Building strong, trust-based relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
