Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Jind. The Principal will oversee the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the institution. Responsibilities include managing faculty and staff, driving academic excellence, formulating and implementing policies, fostering industry and community partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating an environment conducive to learning and holistic student development. The Principal will also be responsible for representing the institution and enhancing its reputation in the academic and professional community.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to efficiently manage faculty, staff, and institutional resources.
• Experience in academic administration, policy formulation, and operational management within an educational institution.
• Expertise in fostering partnerships with industry, government bodies, and the local community to benefit institution and student opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to address diverse challenges and support the institution’s goals.
• A proven track record in achieving measurable academic outcomes and driving institutional growth.
• Minimum of a Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of accreditation and compliance standards in engineering and management education.
