Job description:

We are looking to induct the Principal for one of our upcoming CBSE school in Kompally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. School Leaders from South of India are most preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Principal, you will serve as the chief academic and administrative officer, responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction. Your pivotal role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Educational Leadership: Articulating a compelling vision for the school's growth and development, aligning it with the school's mission and values.
• Academic Excellence: Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the CBSE curriculum, fostering intellectual curiosity, and encouraging a passion for lifelong learning.
• Team Development: Co-founding and leading a team of dedicated educators and staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivating strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community, fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
• Admissions: Develop and implement strategies to enroll new students & retain students.
• Outreach and Networking: Building strong relationships with educational institutions, industry leaders, and relevant organizations to enhance the school's reputation and opportunities.
• Student Welfare: Prioritizing the well-being of students, creating a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages personal growth and character development.
• Operational Efficiency: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources effectively, and maintaining compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• A distinguished track record of successful leadership in an CBSE School.
• An advanced degree in education or educational leadership, demonstrating a strong academic background.
• Thorough knowledge of CBSE curriculum and its implementation.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
